about

Thomas Moore Homes brings together generations of experience in Northern Ireland housebuilding.

David Fraser followed his father into the industry, whose company, Fraser Homes, became established as a respected housebuilder in Northern Ireland. David served as Managing Director from 2000 to 2019, overseeing the construction and delivery of thousands of homes across the country.

In 2019, David founded Thomas Moore Homes with a simple ambition: to build exceptional homes, using quality materials, trusted trades and a team that takes pride in its work. David continues to oversee the business, drawing on more than four decades of experience in the industry.
